On order confirmation a 50% deposit is payable and proof of payment must be supplied. The balance is due on completion of the clients’ order prior to collection or delivery. Orders on which a deposit has been received will be honoured at the quoted price however; pricing is subject to change without prior notice on all other orders.

Any deposit received on confirmation of an order is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

On our paper product items, if an item has failed to meet the client’s expectations and is found to be unsuitable, Waddles & Radley Design Shoppe will allow the client to return the item. This is provided that it is in the original unused condition and returned in the original packaging. The item can be returned for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.

Custom designed products are not refundable once the proof (either digital or physical) has been approved and printed.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full. Gift cards will expire one year from the purchase date.
