Payment, Returns And Refunds Policy

Quotations are valid for 30 (thirty) days and are subject to final content, availability of materials and price increases. Any variation to items specified in the original quote will result in a revision of the quotation. All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and invoices are payable in ZAR.

Cash and EFT payments must be supplied with proof of payment and will be regarded as received as soon as they reflect in the account of Waddles & Radley Stationery Co.

 

Waddles & Radley Stationery Co. unfortunately does not accept cheque payments.

 

Terms of payment

 

On order confirmation a 50% deposit is payable and proof of payment must be supplied. The balance is due on completion of the clients’ order prior to collection or delivery. Orders on which a deposit has been received will be honoured at the quoted price however; pricing is subject to change without prior notice on all other orders.

 

Any deposit received on confirmation of an order is non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy

 

On our paper product items, if an item has failed to meet the client’s expectations and is found to be unsuitable, Waddles & Radley Stationery Co. will allow the client to return the item. This is provided that it is in the original unused condition and returned in the original packaging. The item can be returned for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.

 

Custom designed products are not refundable once the proof (either digital or physical) has been approved and printed.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please send an e-mail to hello@waddlesandradley.co.za if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online. Courier costs of the returned goods remain the responsibility of the client. Returned items can also be dropped off at our studio located in Ferndale, Johannesburg, South Africa.
